Bringing Kentucky excellence in minimally invasive gynecologic robotic surgery

Located in the James Graham Brown Cancer next to University of Louisville Hospital, Dr. Metzinger's mission is to finally bring outstanding minimally invasive robotic surgery for gynecologic malignancies and benign gynecologic conditions to Louisville, KY and the surrounding region.  Because of his high volume of cases and solidified robotics surgical team, he has been able to develop repeatable and reliable surgical techniques that allow patients to have a short hospital stay and quick return to work.  He has been teaching these surgical techniques for many years both locally and nationally.
